Microfitter
The current mainstream among glass coating agents is a viscous fluid suitable for application with a conventional application sponge. Conversely, smooth fluids with low viscosity escape from a sponge’s pores and make it difficult to achieve a uniform application.
Microfitter is a special application sponge which uniformly applies coating agents with viscosities as low as water’s. In addition to body coatings, it is also compatible with leather seats and glass. The sponge surface opposite the grip side is integrated with special ultrafine chemical fibers which hold fluids on the surface, offering uniform application and outstanding ease-of-use.
Uniformity
By using unique chemical fibers on the application surface, Microfitter achieves unprecedentedly smooth movement and highly uniform application. It minimizes streaks, which commonly happen when applying quick-drying coating agents with low viscosity, and makes smooth application possible.
Flexibility
The sponge grip and the fiber component for application are bonded without hindering their flexibility, allowing them to follow complex uneven surfaces and deep curves for a uniform application without drips.
No lint
The fabric of the application component is woven from long fibers cut using special techniques, and therefore it produces almost no dust. The fibers themselves are ultrafine with a high density layout, allowing you to use them on delicate painted surfaces without worrying about scratches.
The fibers used in the fabric are made with a special conjugate yarn composed of nylon and polyester which has been chemically treated to open the fibers. The wedge-shaped parts of this special conjugate yarn are polyester, while the central ray-shaped parts are nylon.

Product Size
The large size product can perform applications on large, flat surfaces such as a hood. It can also be cut to the desired size, allowing you to use it for any purpose.
