With traditional silicone tire waxes, paint shops found them to have the harmful effect of repelling coatings. This product contains no silicone, but instead uses water-soluble polyalcohol as its main component to make a tire wax which produces shine. Although its shine and durability are slightly lower than silicone products, it does not affect coatings and can be safely used at automotive paint and body shops.
