With a New Formula Enhanced Water Repellency,Water Shedding and Durability

A completely new formula has been developed, replacing the conventional IPA-based formulation with a new formulation using fluorinated solvents. By enhancing the fluorine content, durability has been significantly improved while delivering outstanding water repellency with a 110° contact angle. In addition, the formula overcomes the typical drawbacks of fluorinated coatings, providing excellent water shedding performance for enhanced visibility.

Single-Component Formula — No Mixing Process Required

Previous formulations achieved their performance by mixing and activating the coating and bonding components immediately before application. However, this process required extra effort, resulted in material waste, and made inventory management more complicated.

Clareed7 eliminates these challenges with a single-component formula that delivers outstanding consistency and stability. By removing the need for mixing, it minimizes product waste, simplifies inventory management, and streamlines the application process. The result is a coating system that offers exceptional overall cost performance.

By utilizing a dedicated fluorinated solvent system with excellent affinity for glass surfaces, Clareed7 delivers an exceptionally smooth and efficient application. In addition, a single application consistently forms a uniform coating layer.

Special Application Cloth Allows Efficient Use with Minimal Product Use

Uses a specially developed application cloth featuring patented technology. A unique treatment prevents the coating from penetrating through to the reverse side of the fabric, allowing an even application with only a minimal amount of product. Designed to be wrapped around a dedicated applicator sponge, it is ideal for applying both the accelerator and the coating solution.

Free from Specific PFAS (PFOA & PFOS)

Although formulated with high-purity fluorinated solvents, Clareed7 is free from specific PFAS substances of concern. This allows the product to be applied safely using standard personal protective equipment.

Enhanced Durability with Infrared Curing

Thanks to its reactive materials, Clareed7 can be applied at ambient temperature. In addition, infrared curing after application shortens the curing time while improving durability.。
