The upgraded CCS Dimple Pad Series is back!

In response to popular demand, the CCS series returns with further enhancements. While inheriting the original CCS technology, the design has been optimized for Japanese detailing styles. In addition to the 2-layer type suited for long throw polishers like RUPES, a new 1-layer type offering excellent flexibility is now available for use with rotary polishers. Two-layer functional structure and tapered balance ensure perfect compatibility with long throw polishers

The two-layer construction is designed to follow the large orbital motion of Long throw polishers. The tapered edge and urethane thickness are tuned for the moderate hardness of the low-rebound material, enabling efficient polishing that maximizes the benefits of the dimple structure.

Exclusive Technology by the Manufacturer

Partially compressed foam cells prevent compound absorption, while the central protrusion regulates internal retention and ensures even dispersion. This allows just the right amount of high-cut compound to be retained and gradually released during polishing, achieving uniform and precise results.

The evenly arranged dimples retain the compound effectively, minimizing waste through absorption by the pad. By controlling the dispersion, the structure also helps achieve a higher quality finish.

Using ultra-fine low-rebound material, this pad achieves both detailed polishing and solid firmness. As a result, even when used with long throw polishers like RUPES, the pad maintains its shape without collapsing, allowing for stable operation.
