Advantages Unique to the Single Layer Design

Compared with conventional two-layer pads, which reduce buff distortion and ensure comfortable handling, the MOLT AIR HG 10 mm thin single‑layer pad prioritizes a direct polishing feel and faster responsiveness. To accommodate the eccentric motion and vibration of large-orbit polishers, a new intermediate material has been introduced, combining optimal hardness, rebound, and flexibility for a well-balanced polishing experience. The direct tactile feedback allows for more precise control, making it ideal for both large-orbit and single-action polishers, and versatile enough for a wide range of applications.

Efficient Polishing for Delicate and Self-Healing Paint Systems

AirFreed features specially double-treated worsted yarn fibers, designed to deliver excellent performance on delicate paint systems such as self-healing and low-density coatings where heat generation can become a critical issue during polishing.
