□Ease of use
The body of the polisher seems to be slightly larger than the BOSCH 1250DEVS, but smaller than the ROTEX RO150FEQ. Featuring a comfortable-to-use resin body and easy-to-hold head, this polisher supports a variety of working styles ― just attach the standard side grip as desired.
A removable pad protector comes standard, preventing the backing pad from coming in direct contact with the body surface when working in tight locations. This is useful for reducing risk when polishing difficult areas and for beginners.
Changing the pad does not require any tools. Simply lock the pad's rotation by pressing the rotation lock button on the polisher and remove the backing pad by turning it with your hand. This allows you to quickly change from the standard pad to a polishing pad, etc., as best suits the vehicle or situation.
The pad itself rotates clockwise, so there is no sense of discomfort as with non-Japanese polishers.
□Polishing power
This polisher has little vibration and a low center of gravity. Compared to gear-action polishers from other companies, we were impressed by its ease of use and power, qualities that enable it to be used for long periods without fatigue.
Compared to other company's gear-action polishers, it seems to have slightly less polishing power, but likely within a range that can be compensated for by using the right speed, buffing pad and compound.
