An essential part of any vehicle’s design, most headlights and taillights are now made with plastic resin parts. Although they are less breakable, they have issues such as deteriorating and becoming cloudy. POLYGLOSS is a specially formulated chemical optimal for cleaning a variety of resin parts, such as polycarbonate or acrylic, regardless of hardness or softness. The proprietary formula contains ultra-fine abrasive particles which achieve efficient polishing without damaging delicate materials. For example, polishing polycarbonate headlights requires removal of the deteriorated hard coat with waterproof paper, after which it is polished to finish. However, POLYGLOSS is compatible with polishing by wool buffing pad or finishing with a urethane pad, and it achieves a uniform finish.
