Notes on use
When using this product to check polishing marks and scratches on painted surface, keeping the following points in mind will allow you to use it more efficiently.
1) If the surface is well illuminated by other lights in a very bright environment, polishing marks and scratches will be difficult to see. LED lights are more effective when the surface being inspected is dark.
2) When lighting the surface, doing so from directly in front or from too close will make polishing marks and scratches difficult to see.
As seen in the diagram, shining the light from an oblique angle and viewing from the opposite oblique angle will increase visibility.
