Your ID is the email address you have registered. If you have forgotten it, use the Inquiry Form to let us know. In the form, please provide the following information for identification verification.

・Company name
・Name
・Phone number
・Address

You may also give us a call at +81-466-50-2486 with the information and we will assist you verbally.
（9:00am – 4:00pm / Except for weekends, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays）

You can change your ID (email address) if you wish.

	Log in with your current ID (email address) and password.
	Go to your My Page and then to the Edit Registered Information page, on which you will find the Email address field. Fill in the blanks with your new email address and press the "Register" button.
